Founder and CEO of WBVG, Lesta and James have been married for 46 years.  James is retired Army and Postal Worker along with being a media and travel enthusiast.  Lesta has been an entrepreneur since the age of 9 years old, Lesta received her degree in Video Animation from the Illinois Institute of Art. Lesta's experience includes an array of achievements. She worked as Inventory Manager at GSA, Customer Supply Center for 8 years. While there she was the Recipient of Vice President Al Gore's Hammer Award, for her innovative ideas shared to take the agency to the next level of efficiency.
